I can reproduce it on windows, linux and solaris. Try the attached
file. After opening it, add or remove as many lines before the
displayed equation such that it is the last thing completely visible
on the bottom of the window (you should not see the following line).
Then put the cursor inside the equation and try pressing cursor down.
The cursor is trapped in the equation.
Confirmed.
