Guess how I found the files? The problem was that I only grepped in src. I am going to commit this updated patch. I did not change intl (I think it is copied verbatim from gettext), and I did neither change the FAQ (totally outdated anyway) and lib/examples/linuxdoc_manpage.lyx. I removed OS/2 from the customization manuals of those languages that I know enough to be sure that I am doing the right thing.
