$PREFIX/share/lyx            (the lyx sysdir)
$PREFIX/share/locale         (all the locale stuff goes here)

Where is it?

$PREFIX/man/man1             (lyx.1, lyxclient.1, tex2lyx.1)

I only find lyx.man, what is the processing step?
