I have good news. With the qt.m4 patch I was able to configure lyx using the official cygwin qt3 without hacking the configure script. Not only, after I replaced the cygwin moc.exe and uic.exe with the ones I build, lyx compiled successfully. It even worked when I launched it. The only glitch is that I am not able to quit it but I have to kill it using the Task Manager. Go figure. -- Enrico
