No, sorry. It is an unrelated problem, only showing up because I used
a cmd.exe to launch your LyX/Qt4. I did so because from a rxvt terminal
I got no output to "lyx.exe --version", for example. It is strange,
because the native lyx I build works ok. But then, other native
programs behave strangely in rxvt (it's a known issue). For example,
the Windows help command doesn't stop asking to press a key, so I was
not alarmed by it and simply switched to cmd.exe.

Yes, nothing. For your convenience, I attach here an archive of the
userdir created by LyX/Qt4.
