QWorkArea.C won't compile on Mac

In most recent svn (13689), QWorkArea.C won't compile, giving the  
following error (within a #ifdef Q_WS_MACX):

   long int)':
QWorkArea.C:176: error: `dispatch' undeclared (first use this function)
