please attached find an archive containing both source and
executable of lp.exe. Put it in the LyX\bin directory, reconfigure
LyX and then try printing from within LyX. You simply need gsview
and ghostscript.


Nice. Once I figured out to set the printer name to LP in the LyX preferences dialog, it worked like a charm. If you are willing, may I suggest that you post it (with instructions) to the Windows tips/tricks page on the wiki?
