I'm all fine with your changes. They seem to work well for all cases I'm aware of (the textcases of my fix), consider some things that I have forgotten (especially wrt child documents) and improve the code. I played quite a bit with the code until my proposed solution came out, so I'm not surprised there was still potential for optimization. I'm using this in real work now (as I used my fix before), so it will get some more testing. However, I think it should go in ASAP; it's a huge usability improvement. Thanks, Jürgen
