When I ask something to a particular secretary of our department she always either makes difficulties or makes what I ask her after much delay. Now I have learned that when I want something done by her, I have to ask a collegue of mine to ask her for that. It gets done very fast. So I am start thinking that I am unpleasant even through email ;-) -- Enrico
