Hmm... I thought I got all of them... obvioulsly not. The issue with
LyXKeySymPtr arose in the midst of some other work, so I tried to
break out that part of the patch, obviously unsuccessful.
The fix is to include "frontends/LyXKeySym.h" in BufferView_pimpl.h,
I'll do that if no-one beats me to it.
