Nothing wrong in keeping \include if it is useful somehow.
I made the suggestion because I couldn't see the need
for \include when we have \input - of course I expected 
counterarguments. :-)

As for starting new pages - chapters do that anyway and adding
a page break to an input isn't much work.  But if you find
include useful - no problem.
