For whatever reason, enableCustom was not a slot. weird.
Actually, it is not a slot in qt2 either. This seems to be allowed with
Qt2/3 when a signal/slot connection is defined in the ui file. Someone
should review all the dialog and make sure the methods that are used as
slots are really slots. This one is probably going to be me but I would
definitely appreciate some help as I am really short of time.
