Are you sure you have given it the correct path? I mean on my system
libaspell.a is in d:/program/Aspell-0.60.4/lib
That's the problem, I don't have a "libaspell.a" on my system. I
installed this Aspell runtime:

Where could I get the runtime that is needed?
You need to compile yourself ;-)
If you don't want or can't do that, I can send you my Aspell tree if you
want (without the dictionaries).
