New LyX layout available (with all necessary files attached).

I have just realized that I forgot to attach the tarball containing the necessary files

for the LyX layouts. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Here is the original message, this time with the tarball attached:

LyX layout which supports the "IJMPC" document class (ws-ijmpc.cls), for
submissions to the International Journal of Modern Physics C
(http://www.worldscinet.com/ijmpc).
I have tested the layouts thoroughly, and they work very well. I think that
these layouts could be be useful for other LyX users too.

directory. The existing ijmpd.layout should be replaced by the new one.

(2) ijmpc.lyx, ijmpd.lyx: Template files, to be included in the "templates"
directory. The old template "ijmpd.lyx" should be replaced by the new one.

(3) ijmpc_ijmpd_Documentation.lyx: Full documentation for both text classes.

by this one, which covers both classes with more details.

(4) ijmpc_entry_in_LaTeXConfig.lyx.in: The ijmpc entry in the file

so it should be left as it is.

I will be happy to see the layouts included in the next version of LyX.

I have upgraded the ijmpd layout, so that recent changes to the corresponding text class "ws-ijmpd.cls" are now supported by LyX. I have also created a new If you think that these layouts should be included in the next version of LyX, (1) ijmpc.layout, ijmpd.layout: Layout files, to be included in the "layouts" Should be included in chapter 4 of the LyX documentation file "Extended.lyx". The old documentation, concerning the ijmpd (section 4.6), should be replaced "LaTeXConfig.lyx.in". The existing entry for ijmpd does not needs modifications,
