This is no file format change at all IMHO. Files with ct marks that don't have ct switched on are simply invalid. LyX should never produce such files. Since the bug is obvious I think it is enough to fix LyX and tell users who experience a segfault with old files to switch ct on manually in the .lyx file. Another possibility would be to implicitly turn ct on when reading such files, but I guess that that is not easy to do. Georg
