There is a difference between features that require quite a bit of
code changes and fetures that are fairly unintrusive.
Most of what you would to see prioritized (above) are IMHO would not
be that intrusive and can be done in parallell to the intrusive
features. But we only want to work on one intrusive feature at a time.
