How much of the patch do you want? It does a number of things:

a) Removes the USE_BOOST_FORMAT, which makes the code a little simpler.

b) Changes the input format format -v0 to -v2, which improved the
legibility of the errors with regard to raw use of ChkTex. No longer
needed if using ChkTex via LyX-GrammarChecker. The -v2 human format
not only provides more information but is somewhat more robust. OTOH
since it is a human format, it may be more likely to change. I'll also
have to check that my logic parses all -v2 files correctly.

c) Reformats the error titles for LyX 1.4.x so that they are actually
useful. OTOH, perhaps it would be better to add simple hooks so that
the LyX-GrammarChecker can simply say "Format the error exactly this
way".
