It's pretty much the same code, save some "glue" connected with the
split and the changes I made in CT. I needed a backspace routine that is
ignorant of CT to use from LyXText's reject/acceptChanges methods.

Especially if it is a good one. And function names in the patch
file...should dig out Georg's post on that.
