I think the official Qt for Mingw does not include the debug lib.
Of course, as I added to the bottom of my mail, I'd add this stuff
only if you find that there is a need for it. It's just something to
be aware of, that's all. (Like line endings :))
If it helps finding bug, I would advocate adding this stuff.
Given that *you* are playing explicitly with Qt4 code, it would appear to
make sense to link against the debug version of the Qt libs. I don't see
how LyX devs working on other parts of the tree would benefit from linking
against them though.
