Running 1.4.0svn (of a couple of days ago), I click on 'Help > Table of Contents'. Nothing comes up and I get the following error message (on the CLI): LyX: unable to find documentation file `TOC'. Bad installation?
Is this my installation, documented, or a new bug? A quick Bugzilla search doesn't turn anything up. Dan
