Hmm... since there's the pages
LyX.LyXOnWindows,
LyX.LyXOnMac
...
and so on, i thought it made sense haveing LyX.LyXOnCygwin - I could be
wrong though!
I added a link from the page Windows.Cygwin to your page, I guess the
argument could be made that the page Windows.Cygwin just explains what
Cygwin is, while your page explains how you use LyX with Cygwin.
Then there's of course the question if your page should be in the group
Windows/ rather than LyX/, but I hope it doesn't matter :-)
