I have tried this both with and without the "cursor follows scrollbar" option set and using the mouse on the scroll bar as well as the cursor keys. However, no crash can be created. Crashes seems to occur every couple of days. If you can explain the characteristics of a "closed collapsible inset" I might get an idea of the type of thing to target in the document that would create this. As an aside, I think tables have become a lot more unstable in this version. Is your closed collapsible insert connected to tables in any way? I have quite a few tables in this document, both inside and outside of a float. regards samar
