I agree. I think we should ponder the "blue underline" fixes. This is really a very annoying problem if you use LyX for non-English documents. It has the potential to distract users. Other than that, I think we should try to get the four remaining target-1.4.0 bugs fixed (for 3 of them, we have patches) and release the beast. Jürgen
