It makes sense to report bugs to lyx-devel first. Some bugs are rather
trivial or already known. In those cases, there is no reason to enter a
bug report.
Due to the fact that we are very close to the 1.4.0 release, I guess
your report will be addressed for 1.4.1. Unless this problem isn't
already in bugzilla, it makes sense to add a new report such that the
problem is not forgotten.
