I have been looking a bit at trac lately and so far I like what I see.
Administration,maintaince and upbrading seems a lot easier whan with
bugzilla. f.ex.
(I have not been able to look very close at it yet, but have tried to
debug some issues in trac with svn 1.3.0 and huge repositories)
