The problem is that our code to define bullets fails with beamer and
other classes that do not have \labelitemiii and friends. We should
fix our code. In the meantime, I suspect adding
\newcommand{\labelitemiii}{}
\newcommand{\labelitemiv}{}
in the preamble should fix the problem.
