I checked the QtWin at sourceforge.net, and I think I'll fiddle with it sometime next week, with a little more time in my hands... However, I'd like to know if this patch may also work with tex2lyx; that way, I can do some checking with this console application, before going to the GUI app. Does the patch work with the code for 1.4.x? Moreover, there is no such a thing as a -dbg option in tex2lyx to see what's going on inside. Perhaps there is no need for such a thing, I'm just curious. Cheers, Luis.
