Dears, I found that I could convert all the python script to .exe. Thus I can remove Pyhthon dependecy. In case I know well, there are some python script left in the script directory. I could relocate lyx2lyx here, and convert other scripts to .exe. Thus all the converted scripts will reside in the same dir.
