Maybe you did not know LFUN_KMAP_TOGGLE when you introduced it? To me it
looks like LFUN_KEYMAP_TOGGLE can be replaced by LFUN_KMAP_TOGGLE. The only
place where it actuaally does something is in text3.C, and that is almost
the same as LFUN_KMAP_TOGGLE does in lyxfunc.C.
