Hello, While I was struggling trying to compile tex2lyx on a win98 system, it occurred to me that perhaps it is worthwhile considering a standalone console application going the other way around. I mean: I may get a LyX file without LyX installed/running on my system (vgr. if you decide to drop support on win98 and earlier altogether). It would be nice to have a tiny tool able to produce some readable LaTeX ready for hand editing, or for further processing through similar pipe|console tools.
Just throwing thoughts after a hard day. Luis.
