Because almost none of my 6 or 7 guinea pigs gave me much feedback
about its behaviour and because I've been otherwise busy. If it is
uniformly better that's great! The Qt/Win Free people have made a
bunch of other changes since then, so I'll make up a fresh .dll in
the near future. I'll also backport some of the Win32 usability fixes
that are now in the LyX 1.3.7 tree.

His name is Christian, actually, and he doubles as one of the Qt/Win
Free developers. The .dll backports all mouse handling from the
official Qt4 sources which is a huge change and is why we both wanted
some heavy testing before releasing it to a wider audience.
