Yes, but I think that it is weird to send the main file to std out and
the included ones to files. I guess Angus wants to say that we should
issue an error in this case.

Personnally, I'd rather have tex2lyx work like reLyX did, since it is
less surprising for old users. Also, I am not sure there are cases
where outputting to stdout is actually useful (are there people using
tex2lyx as a filter??)
