There is a problem with scroll. Open the attached lyx file math-scroll.lyx and position the cursor by the side of the fraction. The use the scroll bar to position the math inset just like the attached picture math-scroll.jpg. Then, press the down key. The cursor stays stuck inside math and the document does not scroll down.
