Clean compile from the tarball. Some "issues" with the docs: 1) the Minipage part in Extended.lyx. Somebody rewrite this for Boxes ;-) 2) Does Branches belong in Users Guide? I would put it also in Extended. 3) Credits is outdated for me. Work on Branches, Boxes, CharStyles and AGU XML. And drop older not-now-relevant stuff. - Martin
