The problem is that they don't know what a shell is. Also the programs perl and python are new for some users. I installed LyX on their computers in the past as there were so many small problems with Ruurds version. I promised that LyXWin 1.3.6 will be easy to install for everybody. And that's why they send me the link to the review.
