Version 1:

Version 2:
        C:\Documents and Settings\Angus\Application Data\LyX\
        C:\Program Files\LyX\Resources\LyX\

Don't I remember you saying that autoconf was quite fragile when it comes
to messing around with the Resources\$PACKAGE\ directory name?

Having said that, I'm fine with either approach.
