The LyX and the Bibtex Doc are OK because with LyX 1.3.5 it works

This is a known issue - and a pretty serious one, because many authors 
use bibtex.

IIRC, the point is that there are spaces in a statement in *.aux.  
Unfortunately, I have no idea how we can fix this.
