Not really. A loop seems to be simpler, but as I run it (conditionally) only twice, and need two different sets of variables for every run, and have to check for the four cases above, the code isn't finally shorter. So I mean you can apply this as I send it. But feel free to implement it as loop anyway, but I can first test it in a few days.
