Hi Uwe I'm forwarding this to the devel-list (hope you don't mind). The reason that you can't upload files >2 MB is due to a setting in the Apache server. Lars is reluctant to change this without reasons that this is something that is generally needed (which is why I'm forwarding this to the list for Lars' attention). Having said that, I'm happy to help by uploading large files to the wiki upload area, although I think we in the long run will need some other solution. Angus has an account on the web server, and was also given membership in a special group (wiki) that allows him to directly copy files to the upload area. So besides increasing the upload limit on the apache server, you could get an account on the lyx server for this purpose.
