Lars, do you think you could increase this to say 8M? That would be plenty
in this case (5.7 MB was needed), as well as not too large in order to
avoid illegal activites. In addition, I can let "normal" wiki users remain
at the current limit (2 MB), and require a special password for when
uploading up to 8 MB. We'd be more restrictive with giving out the
password for the second account of course.

Oh, and Angus would like to become a member of the group 'wiki'. This last 
bit isn't strictly necessary if we change the upload size, but it doesn't 
hurt either.
