Just one thing: inset-toggle may not exist anymore, but we have two
lfuns instead
{ LFUN_NEXT_INSET_TOGGLE, "next-inset-toggle", ReadOnly },
{ LFUN_ALL_INSETS_TOGGLE, "all-insets-toggle", ReadOnly },
Wouldn't it make sense to add them to the menu?
