Hello LyXers,
after a lot of work, I have the heart to publish a development snapshot.

I added many informations about topics discussed in the lyx-users list, like image formats, fonts in pdf etc.
(The documentation is not up to date for LyX 1.4CVS, because I've no binary for Win.)
Altough the Userguide is not ready, I like to know your opinion and will be pleased with every suggestion.
I won't have the time to work on the documentation the next months, but I'll collect further on all documentation related emails to start the work again as soon as possible.

p.s. Angus, I noticed, that you added some patches to compile LyX with MSVC. Could you post an instruction for the compilation of LyX 1.4CVS with MSVC.
