Sure they do, as a proof of my claim it follows one paper from Oxford released this week: How does Europe Make Its Mind Up? Connections, cliques, and compatibility between countries in the Eurovision Song Contest http://xxx.lanl.gov/pdf/physics/0505071/ The paper shows the UK is in tune with the remaining Europe when voting, while perhaps surprisingly France is out of tune.
