Really what I was trying to do was create a single repository of all this
contributer information and to then manipulate it into different outputs:
lib/CREDITS
http://www.lyx.org/about/credits.php
http://www.lyx.org/about/blanket-permission.pbp
I did that in the end by adding
lib/generate-contributers.php
to the lyx-devel CVS repository.
