I'll try and get my arse in gear on this one, but really I don't think that this should delay any release. The fact that Windows becomes an officially supported platform is a much bigger deal IMO. Before we release the code as 1.3.6, however, I think it would make sense to have some Windows guinea pigs to try it out and report on any obvious problems.
