Hello,

I have some suggestions for LyX:

Revert:
Can be used only if document is changed. But if used, a window pops up saying: "Changes in Document xxx. Save?" If saying "Yes", the the document will be saved - and then the just saved version will be loaded.
Improvements:
- Popup window with "really revert to saved? changes will be lost! (Yes) (Cancel)"
- call revert even if not changed (and then popup with just "really revert to saved? (Yes) (Cancel)"

(changed) marker can't be removed by Undo:
When coming back to the original version, the marker should go away.

Insert reference:
double clicking on the reference does not insert the reference (as one would think), instead LyX jumpes to that position. That behaviour should be changed (it's really annoying).
BTW: When inserting citations, a double click "inserts" the citation in the citation window.

LaTeX-Preamble:
Users should be able to rearrange the order of \usepackage commands.
I need to use the package apacite, but that must be included AFTER babel. So I have to export the LaTeX file, change the order, and build the (needed) PDF by hand.

LyX is still a great program, and really useful to simplify LaTeX (e.g. for non Computer scientists).

Frank

PS:
I'm using the Win32 port from Ruurd (since 1.3.3, actual using 1.3.5-nc).
