I see that the "old archive" of lyx-devel, http://www.via.ecp.fr/lyx/archive/, no longer exists. I'll remove mention of it from http://www.user.lyx/internet/mailing.php3.
Unfortunately, we have a whole host of references to messages in this archive in the news articles. Urg. Incidentally, I had a look at the two other archives that I know of: http://www.mail-archive.com/lyx-devel@lists.lyx.org/ goes back to Fri, 20 Nov 1998 http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=lyx-devel goes back to 1997-05-16 Does the dissappearence of the www.via.ecp.fr archive mean that all messages prior to May 1997 are now lost? -- Angus
