You mean my 'bib2lyx.sh'? I had wild plans (several years ago) to use this to load the BibTeX file as an invisible LyX file and to "ASCII export" its contents to the Citation and BibTeX dialogs. Would also mean we got real ASCII export of the BibTeX inset in the real LyX document for free. I don't think it would be very hard to do this and it would guarantee that we parse BibTeX files correctly, but real life intrudes. It takes me all my time to iron out the bugs I introduce in the code that I do contribute. -- Angus
