The question of whether you are allowed to include snippets of GPLed stuff in a GFDLed document must have come up many times in the past. I see a mailing list at http://www.opensource.org/licenses/ where you can probably find some more informed opinion than mine: license-discuss-subscribe at opensource.org Incidentally, the contents of this web page (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/) are licensed under other licenses that you might consider. -- Angus
