What about uploading these to the wiki (or simply place links to them from the wiki). That way they wouldn't come with the distribution, but would be easy to find (via the wiki)? /Christian PS. As usual with placing files/links/information on the wiki you'll have the problem of not knowing if it is "authentic" since anyone can upload files or add/modify links. In theory, I guess someone could make an "evil" IEETran.cls which hacks your system when you use it...
